Senior Security Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Analyst who combines expertise in Insider Risk Management, Data Loss Prevention, detection/response, and threat hunting. The role will work closely with our squads and tribes and be central to both strategic and operational security.
About the role
As a Senior Security Analyst, you will work broadly across IRM, DLP, and SOC, with responsibility for detection, prevention, and response. You will:
Administer and optimize solutions within IRM, DLP, and Information Protection.
Configure and monitor Microsoft Purview policies (Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk Management).
Lead and support investigations of security incidents and coordinate response when needed.
Proactively hunt for threats using telemetry, threat intelligence, and behavioral analytics.
Design, fine-tune, and improve detection logic (SIEM rules, EDR alerts, and custom detections).
Contribute to compliance with internal security standards and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with internal departments and customers.
Develop playbooks and runbooks and contribute to continuous improvement of SOC processes.
Participate in purple team exercises to strengthen detection and response capabilities.
We are looking for someone who has
2+ years of experience in SOC, CERT, IRM, DLP, incident handling, or similar security roles.
Strong experience with Microsoft Purview and related security tools.
Good understanding of TTPs and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
Experience with SIEM, EDR, and log analysis.
Ability to write detections and automation.
Strong competence in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with data classification and protection controls.
Certifications such as SC-401 or equivalent are an advantage.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to make complex security requirements understandable and practical.
Ability to obtain Confidential security clearance.
