As a Senior Procurement Lead in Telenor Shared Services, you will lead sourcing and supplier management across Enterprise IT categories - including software, infrastructure and IT services - across the Nordic region. The role also includes selected non‑IT categories such as professional services, facilities and other indirect spend.

This position combines hands‑on sourcing, complex contract negotiations and close collaboration with business stakeholders. You will report directly to the CFO and be part of the Finance Team, working closely with Enterprise IT leadership, category teams and business units across the Nordics.

What the role involves

In this role, you will lead sourcing processes such as RFI, RFP and RFQ across several spend categories, with a main focus on Enterprise IT. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing and category strategies that support cost control, reduce risk and improve supplier performance.

The role includes leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations - covering framework agreements, renewals and larger transformation initiatives - in line with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, align on requirements and support well‑informed decision making. You will also follow up on procurement performance using KPIs such as cost savings, purchase order cycle time, contract coverage and e‑invoice adoption.

In addition, you will contribute to initiatives related to digitalisation, sustainability and AI‑enabled procurement within TSS. The role includes conducting spend analysis and category planning to identify sourcing opportunities and potential areas for supplier consolidation.

What we are looking for in an application

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within IT‑related categories

• Solid experience with contract negotiation and supplier management

• Experience working across Nordic markets and in cross‑functional or shared‑service environments

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience with procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) is an advantage

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus

• Ability to work independently with high accountability and limited supervision
