HR Service Desk Consultant – Temporary Role
You will join Telenor as an HR Service Desk Consultant, where you support employees and managers across the Nordics with everyday HR needs. This is a temporary opportunity to learn, contribute and make a real difference in people’s working lives.
You become part of our HR Service Desk team that delivers HR administrative support to Telenor companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. In this role, you work close to the organisation, helping employees and managers with guidance, processes and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. Your work ensures quality, structure and trust in how we handle people data and HR services every day.

We work as a supportive and service‑minded team, sharing knowledge and helping each other solve cases efficiently and correctly. You collaborate closely with colleagues across countries and functions, using digital tools, chat and telephone to stay close to our internal customers. We value clear communication, learning on the job and taking responsibility together.
This is what we are looking for
Experience with HR administrative work and handling employee data
Familiarity with payroll-related processes, such as payroll checks and handling employee data with accuracy
Good communication skills in written and spoken English
Familiarity with HR and case management systems such as Oracle, ServiceNow and SAP
Understanding of employment laws and regulations, preferably within the Nordic countries
Confidence using Microsoft Office and general PC tools
You do not need to know everything from day one – what matters most is your motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Language requirements: Very good English skills, written and spoken. Knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish is an advantage.
