We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team as we continue to grow and strengthen our delivery and operations capabilities to support increasing customer needs.
You will become part of an international team currently consisting of 31 colleagues across Sweden, Finland, and Norway. We are now expanding further and are looking for three new team members to strengthen our Nordic Service Operations team. These positions can be based in Norway, Sweden, or Finland, depending on the successful candidate's location.
Beyond strong technical interest, we are looking for someone who wants to be actively involved in shaping how we work. You stay up to date with industry trends, bring ideas, and take initiative -someone who sees the bigger picture and wants to contribute to both the team and the overall strategy.
As a Technical Specialist at Telenor, you will work hands-on with service operations, solving real customer challenges while continuously learning and developing. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving reliable network infrastructure that customers depend on every day.
In this role, you will work closely with delivery and operations of network services for business customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure stable and secure solutions, directly impacting service quality, security, and reliability. From following up on incidents to proactively identifying risks, you will contribute to keeping networks running smoothly.

What we are looking for
Experience or interest in network troubleshooting, security, maintenance, and service operations
Certification in HPE Aruba, Fortinet and/or Cisco is preferred
Understanding of customer environments and service processes
Familiarity with ITSM tools and basic ITIL principles
Ability to solve problems and make decisions in customer-facing situations
Basic scripting skills (for example Python or Ansible)
