Content Discovery Expert – Nordics
Shape how people discover entertainment at Telenor.
You’ll help create engaging content experiences across Norway, Sweden and Finland, ensuring customers can easily discover the best entertainment on our platform. You collaborate with partners and local teams to publish premieres, curate discovery pages and improve how content is presented. You also take ownership of identifying and resolving issues that impact the customer experience, making a real difference every day.

You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, explore new tools and contribute ideas that improve how we deliver content experiences.
What we are looking for
Experience or interest in TV, streaming, movies, sports and entertainment
Confidence working with dashboards, data and digital tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and solve problems
Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and external content partners
Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
Proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and continuously improve the customer experience
